Kitchen staples like ginger, peppermint, rosemary, cinnamon, onion and grapefruit, more than just humble pantry essentials, have medicinal powers we can lean on in these uncertain times. In this workshop, attendees will learn about remedies for sleeplessness, anxiety and immune support that can be found in their pantry and on the shelves at their local grocery store.
