What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality herbal goods. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us so that we can work something out.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship once a week on Thursdays. All packages ship in 100% post-consumer waste recycled packaging. We are a small, human-powered business! We appreciate your understanding of this pace as a humanistic one that allows us to tend to all of our needs as a business.

DOMESTIC

We ship our goods via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We are incredibly grateful for the hard work of US postal workers, without whom our packages would not make it to our customers. Please know that USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of Covid-19. We all appreciate your patience.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not ship internationally at this time, but hope to at some point soon.
