I’m very excited to showcase Olamina Botanicals’ Feverfew, Kava-Kava, Wild Lettuce and Ashwagandha simples! A simple is a plant extract, or tincture, made from a single plant. Perfect for those who want to journey deep with one herb, our simples are potent—and get right to the point.⁠ ⁠

Why these four herbs? We've experienced the power of Feverfew's (Tanacetum parthenium) anti-migraine properties, Kava's (Piper methysticum) pain-relieving and anxiolytic properties, Wild Lettuce's (Lactuca sp.) sedative properties and Ashwagandha's (Withania somnifera) restorative properties and wanted to help you tap in with them too! ⁠

Kava, cultivated (not wildcrafted) in Hawai'i and sourced fresh ⁠from our farmer friends on the Big Island of Hawai’i

Wild Lettuce, tinctured fresh from plant material we harvested in New York

or Ashwagandha, sourced from a farm in Northeast Turtle Island and tinctured dry, as is best for this plant⁠

… and high proof spirits diluted with water to a percentage that maximizes the extraction of the medicinal constituents unique to each plant—that's it! ⁠
