Join Laura Marie Ruocco and I for our new monthly, donation-based class on a featured plant medicine. Each month we will dive into the study of a single plant to facilitate an understanding that goes beyond “X plant for X issue.”

February’s plant will be Echinacea. During the class we’ll explore Echinacea’s physical medicine, spiritual medicine, history, cultivation and preparation methods. We’ll also make some Echinacea-inspired art!
