My Interview with Soul Rebel Podcast

I had the opportunity to engage in a rich conversation with Yanni Young, a Harlem youth activist and artist on her podcast “Soul Rebel.” We talked about my journey to plant medicine, ancestral trauma, Black healing and strategies that people who live in cities can utilize to connect with plants.
